Before NeoLife I was on a downward spiral in my health. I would work out like crazy, but I was not achieving the results I wanted. I was over 200 lbs. when I started. I hardly had any endurance. I was in the later years of my 20s and I felt like I was much older than I was. I knew that if I wanted to live a long healthy life and eventually have children, I needed to be healthy for them.
